Dear NationaLease Member,
I wanted to update you personally on the steps we are taking in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We are continuously monitoring the current status of the virus and are following all guidance issued by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). With that in mind we have cancelled all employee non-essential travel to ensure safety and security and any NationaLease administered events such as the Spring Business Meeting in conjunction with TRALA (since rescheduled for September 27 thru September 30) through May 8th. In addition, we are currently exploring options around suspending the Maintenance Managers in May to later in the year. Finally, we are also exploring options around the Annual Meeting up to and including potentially combining with the TRALA meeting that we believe is important to support.
In addition the NationaLease Corporate Team is ready and able to provide the same level of service and support you have grown accustomed to. Our team is equipped with the resources, technology, and ability to work from flexible locations as needed. We know how important it is today that the logistics channels remain open and the sacrifices our members are making to make that happen. We stand here ready to support you in whatever way possible.
Finally, we believe it is critically important to remain adequately, properly, and responsibly informed on COVID-19. Ongoing updates with regards to the meetings will continue to be communicated. NationaLease wants to assure you that the health of its employees, members, customers, and partners is our top priority. We are striving to react to this virus in a calm and factual manner, while taking into account all of our varied responsibilities and commitments.
